What is SmoothEye®?
Eyes and the periorbital region are probably the most important aesthetic unit in the human body. The SmoothEye® protocol is a one-step non-ablative treatment for tightening the periocular region and reducing the presence of periorbital wrinkles.
It is done with the SMOOTH® mode, which produces a controlled, but intense surface tissue heating, stimulating collagen remodeling to produce an improvement in the skin elasticity, overall structure, and volume, with little to no downtime.
SmoothEye is a specific type of nonsurgical blepharoplasty where we use the Fotona laser to induce the stimulation of collagen production, which can then tighten the skin surrounding the eyes.
How This Treatment Works
The treatment uses high-intensity light energy to stimulate collagen production, improve skin texture, and increase firmness around the eyes. This results in a smoother, more radiant appearance: minimal discomfort and almost no downtime. No incision and no anesthesia.

Preparation & Care for Treatment
Before Treatment
Come to your treatment:
- No jewelry
- No makeup
- No false lashes
- No contact lenses
After Treatment
General:
- Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen, 3 times a day (7 am, 12 pm, and 2 pm).
- In rare cases, swelling can be present; patients can take antihistamines such as Claritin/Zyrtec to alleviate symptoms.
- After 3-5 Days: Topical treatments and skin care dermo-cosmetic products can be resumed.
- For 7 Days: Strict avoidance of sunlight.
Healing and Results
Some patients may experience a few days of redness and swelling. Downtime and results vary from patient to patient.
